Services
PANZCIR provides private cybersecurity services, including security assessments, automated backup and disaster recovery, network and device protection, and defence against scams and intrusion. Each engagement is governed by an individual agreement with the client.
Performance
PANZCIR works to documented standards, but no system can be made absolutely secure. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, protect their own credentials, and follow the recommendations contained in PANZCIR reports.
Intellectual property
Reports, architectures, and other materials produced by PANZCIR remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PANZCIR's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
